Registration Terms & Conditions

Registration Fees

  • All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Registration fees are determined by the date of receipt. To qualify for the applicable registration rate, both the registration request and payment must be received before midnight (Indian Standard Time, UTC +5:30) on the relevant deadline.
  • Registrations or payments received after the deadline will be subject to the next applicable registration fee.

Mode of Payment

By Credit Card

  • Online payments are processed through a secure online payment system.
  • Upon successful completion of the payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and payment status.
Disclaimer: We do not store credit card information or share customer details with third parties. All personal data is safeguarded using appropriate security measures and is handled in accordance with the European Directive for the Protection of Personal Data.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Currency

  • Payments and refunds will be processed in Euros (€). Any costs or differences arising from currency exchange are the responsibility of the participant.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the IAPCO 2027.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment.

Refund Conditions

  • Until 31 December 2026, full refunds will be issued.
  • From 1st-31st January 2026, full refund after deducting €100 administrative charges.
  • From 01 February 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Alterations / Name Changes

  • Registration transfers are permitted upon written request received on or before 01 February 2027.
  • No registration transfer requests will be accepted after 02 February 2027.

Insurance

Travel & Medical Insurance

  • Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, including coverage for personal belongings.

Insurance Coverage

  • Please note that registration for the IAPCO AM&GA 2027 does not include coverage for cancellations, theft, loss, damage to personal belongings, or any medical expenses incurred during the event.

By registering for the event, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your image by the Congress Secretariat for promotional and communication purposes. This may include use in printed materials, digital publications, the event website, social media, advertising, educational materials, and research activities.
  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
